History
Domaine Genot-Boulanger is based in Aloxe-Corton, the northernmost commune of the Côte de Beaune, where the Corton hill is shared with Pernand-Vergelesses and Ladoix-Serrigny. The estate has assembled an unusually wide portfolio — 15 parcels across 11 communes — stretching from the Côte de Nuits to the Côte Chalonnaise.
Winemaking Approach
The breadth of the holdings is the defining characteristic here. Three Grand Cru parcels anchor the range, while 12 Premier Cru parcels spread across Beaune, Pommard, Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Mercurey, and beyond. Vineyards are farmed under standard AOC regulations in the domaine-bottling model, with each parcel vinified to express its own terroir within a consistent house style.
