Winemaking Approach
Sixteen parcels spanning 8 communes give the estate a deliberately varied palette. The bulk of the holdings concentrate in Chassagne-Montrachet, where the domaine works six Premier Cru lieux-dits — from the larger Morgeot (0.72 ha) down to Clos St-Jean (0.50 ha) and Les Chenevottes (0.48 ha). A small Bâtard-Montrachet block (0.20 ha) sits at the top of the hierarchy; La Truffière in Puligny-Montrachet (0.25 ha) and parcels in Santenay and Maranges round out a portfolio that stretches from Grand Cru to village level.
