Winemaking Approach
The estate works sixteen parcels across five communes, a spread that encompasses three Grands Crus and thirteen Premier Crus. White Chardonnay dominates — Bâtard-Montrachet, Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet, and a small parcel of Montrachet anchor the top of the range — but the cellar also produces red from Volnay and Chassagne village. The multi-commune footprint (Puligny, Chassagne, Meursault, Volnay, and others) means the estate can express terroir contrast within a single house style.
