Les Bouchères is a premier cru in Meursault, the Côte de Beaune's largest white-wine commune. At roughly 7.38 ha of registered holdings across eight producers, it is a mid-sized *climat* by Meursault standards — large enough for multiple bottlings, intimate enough that each parcel carries distinct character.
Chardonnay, white only. The 7.38 ha total makes Les Bouchères one of the more substantial Meursault premiers crus, though ownership is decidedly uneven: Bouchard Père & Fils alone accounts for over 6 ha, leaving the remaining producers with modest parcels. Premier cru yield ceilings of 45–48 hl/ha apply.
