Information provided by this site is reference material for learning about Burgundy wine. The operator makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, timeliness, or completeness. The operator assumes no liability for any damages (direct or indirect) arising from use of this content. Wine purchasing decisions, investment decisions, medical decisions, and all other decisions are solely the user's responsibility.
The operator may change, suspend, or terminate the service without notice. The operator is not liable for any disadvantages arising from such changes.
Production Environment & AI Usage
The majority of this site's code, design, and data preparation was created using Anthropic's Claude Code (AI assistant). Vineyard and producer descriptions were also drafted by AI and then reviewed and revised by humans. While we exercise utmost care, the involvement of AI means factual errors cannot be entirely eliminated. Please use the 'Report info' button on each page if you notice any issues.

Copyright for descriptions, design, and logos on this site belongs to the operator. Factual information such as vineyard names, geographic data, and classifications is not claimed as exclusive intellectual property. Vineyard boundary data follows INAO's public license.
Where content includes citations or references from third-party works, copyright belongs to the respective authors. If you believe there are any copyright or rights issues, please contact us via the form below.

Unauthorized Crawling and Scraping for AI Training
We prohibit crawling, scraping, bulk downloading, or reproducing this site's independently compiled descriptions and data structures, without prior written permission, for the purpose of building training datasets for generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or other machine learning models. By accessing this site you agree to these Terms, including this prohibition.
This prohibition does not apply to access by search engines and AI search services within the scope permitted by this site's robots.txt, for the purpose of indexing public pages or generating answers to user queries. Our robots.txt explicitly disallows crawlers used for training purposes; this is a technical measure that reinforces the intent expressed in this clause.
If we discover that content has been collected or used in violation of the above prohibition, we reserve the right to claim from the responsible individual or organization a penalty of JPY 50,000 per page collected or used (or, if actual damages exceed this amount, the amount of such actual damages). We may pursue this claim through direct notice, negotiation, small claims proceedings, or other legal action.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
