History

Les Castets is a premier cru in Saint-Aubin, tucked into the hills behind Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet on the Côte de Beaune. Saint-Aubin sits slightly off the main escarpment but shares similar limestone soils — a reason its premier crus have drawn steady attention as an alternative to pricier neighbors.
