コート・ド・ボーヌ地区シャサーニュ・モンラッシェ村の南端、標高の高い斜面頂上部に位置する3.60ヘクタールのプルミエ・クリュ。1960年代にガブリエル・ジュアールが再植樹を行うまで、フィロキセラ禍以降は荒れ地の状態が続いていた。東向きの斜面に加え、サントネイ側では南向きに傾斜する。丘陵地から多くの泉が湧き出るこの地は、標高の高さに反して驚くほどの深さを持つ白い粘土質土壌に覆われている。その特性から明白に白ワイン向けのテロワールであり、高い緊張感のあるスタイルを生む。主な所有者には、1.10ヘクタールを擁するドメーヌ・ヴァンサン＆ソフィー・モレのほか、トマ・モレ（0.50ヘクタール）やギィ・アミオ（0.12ヘクタール）らが名を連ねる。
Les Baudines is a premier cru *climat* in Chassagne-Montrachet, a village that balances white-wine prestige with a preserved red-wine tradition — unusual in a commune so closely associated with Chardonnay. The parcel belongs to the commune's classified *climat* mosaic on the Côte de Beaune.
Chardonnay, white only. Registered holdings total approximately 1.72 ha across 5 producers. Premier cru regulations apply: minimum 9,000 vines per hectare, yields capped around 45–48 hl/ha.
