Profile

Winemaking Approach

Ten parcels spread across Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, and Saint-Aubin — including one Grand Cru and nine premier crus — give the estate an unusually wide tasting range for a family domaine. The crown jewel is a 0.09 ha strip of Le Montrachet, straddling the Puligny-Chassagne communal boundary. Vinification follows the classic domaine-bottling model, with each climat fermented and aged separately to preserve parcel identity.
