ラ・マルトロワ

La Maltroie is a premier cru *climat* in Chassagne-Montrachet, on the Côte de Beaune. Chassagne flanks Puligny-Montrachet to the south — the two villages share the grands crus ridge but each maintains its own distinct character, with Chassagne also producing notable red premier crus alongside its whites.
Chardonnay, white only. Registered holdings total approximately 3.43 ha across twelve producers — a relatively fragmented ownership structure that puts several well-known domaines in close proximity within the same parcel.
