Les Demoiselles is a premier cru climat in Puligny-Montrachet, a commune that holds four grand crus — Le Montrachet, Bâtard-Montrachet, Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet, and Chevalier-Montrachet — and a long list of premier crus beneath them. Les Demoiselles sits at the southern edge of the village's premier cru band, close to the border with Chassagne-Montrachet, in the zone where the limestone soils that give white Burgundy its definition are most concentrated.
Les Demoiselles covers approximately 0.60 ha — one of the smallest Puligny premier crus by registered holdings. Chardonnay is the only grape. Five producers share the site, with Guy Amiot & Fils holding the largest parcel (0.31 ha); Bruno Colin and Philippe Colin each hold 0.07 ha. Premier cru regulations apply: 9,000 vines/ha minimum, yield ceiling around 45–48 hl/ha.
