ドメーヌ・コンテス・ド・シュリゼは、ムルソー村のブラニー集落とピュリニー・モンラッシェ村を拠点とする造り手である。所有する6つの畑はすべて一級畑で構成されており、ブラニー周辺の歴史的なテロワールを象徴する存在だ。ムルソー側には、4.72haの広さを誇るラ・ジュヌロットのほか、ラ・ピエス・スー・ル・ボワなどを保有。ピュリニー側にはラ・ガレンヌやアモー・ド・ブラニーといった名高い一級畑を擁している。標高300〜360mに位置するこの地は、かつてシトー派の修道院が開拓した古い歴史を持ち、冬の寒さと夏の日だまりが共存する大陸性気候が特徴である。現在はローラン＆エレーヌ・マルトレ夫妻がドメーヌを担い、石灰質マール土壌から、この高地特有の個性を備えたワインを世に送り出している。
