History

En Remilly is a premier cru *climat* in Chassagne-Montrachet, a village that shares the Montrachet grand cru with Puligny and maintains its own wide portfolio of premier crus — predominantly white, though red Pinot Noir still holds ground on the lower slopes. The name *Remilly* appears on both sides of the Chassagne–Saint-Aubin border, with the two parcels classified separately under their respective appellations.

Style & Terroir

Chardonnay, white only. Registered holdings total approximately 3.29 ha across identified owners. Nine producers work the climat — a relatively dispersed ownership for a parcel of this size, which brings a useful diversity of interpretation to the appellation.
