ル・カイユレ
コート・ド・ボーヌのピュリニー・モンラッシェ村に位置するル・カイユレは、面積3.33ヘクタールのプルミエ・クリュである。この地所はシュヴァリエ・モンラッシェのすぐ下に位置し、ル・モンラッシェを北へ延長したような立地にある。石の多さが際立つ土壌だが、上方のグラン・クリュに比べるとわずかに表土が厚い。かつてはドメーヌ・ジャン・シャルトロンの単独所有であったが、現在はド・モンティーユやラ・プス・ドール、デ・ランブレイ、ミシェル・ブズロー、ボワイエ・マルテノなどが区画を所有する。歴史的には赤ワインも造られており、現在もジャン・シャルトロンがごく僅かにピノ・ノワールを維持しているが、大半はシャルドネが植えられ、極めて優れた白ワインを生む。
Le Cailleret is a premier cru in Puligny-Montrachet, the Côte de Beaune commune that anchors white Burgundy's upper tier. Puligny holds four grands crus — including Le Montrachet — and a lineup of premiers crus that can rival those grands crus in sheer complexity. Le Cailleret sits at the southern end of the commune, sharing a boundary with Chassagne-Montrachet.
White wine only, from Chardonnay. Registered holdings total approximately 0.43 ha across 7 identified owners — a small, tightly held climat. Standard premier cru parameters apply: minimum 9,000 vines per hectare, yield ceiling around 45–48 hl/ha, minimum potential alcohol 11.0–11.5%.
