ピタンジュレ
コート・ド・ボーヌ地区のサントーバン村に位置するピタンジュレは、一級畑（プルミエ・クリュ）に格付けされている。栽培面積は合計で7.12ヘクタールに及び、複数の有力な生産者が区画を所有している。主な所有者としては、0.58ヘクタールを擁するドメーヌ・フランソワ・カリヨンをはじめ、ドメーヌ・ポール・ピヨが0.56ヘクタール、オ・ピエ・デュ・モン・ショーヴが0.52ヘクタール、ドメーヌ・ジャック・カリヨンが0.44ヘクタールを保持している。このほか、ドメーヌ・ジェラール・トマもこの畑の主要な所有者の一人に名を連ねている。村内の他の区画と同様に、サントーバンのテロワールを反映したワイン造りが行われている。
Pitangeret is a premier cru *climat* in Saint-Aubin, a village tucked into the hills behind Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Saint-Aubin's position — slightly inland and at higher elevation — gives its Chardonnays a leaner, more tensile character than the valley-floor grands crus nearby, with prices that remain accessible compared to its more famous neighbours.
Chardonnay, white only. Registered holdings total approximately 2.10 ha across five producers. The *climat* sits among the east- and southeast-facing parcels that define Saint-Aubin's best white-wine terroir.
