Sébastien Dampt is a small Chablis estate working across seven parcels — one Grand Cru and six Premier Cru — spread over four communes. Chablis sits at the northern limit of Burgundy, where Kimmeridgean limestone soils pull a distinctive, chalky minerality from Chardonnay that no other part of the region replicates.
