Thirteen parcels across six communes — six Grand Cru and seven Premier Cru — give Billaud-Simon the range to express the full spectrum of Kimmeridgean limestone expression in Chablis. The core Grand Crus (Les Clos, Vaudésir, Les Preuses, Valmur, Bougros, Les Blanchots) represent every recognized climat of the hill, while the Premier Cru holdings add Mont de Milieu, Montée de Tonnerre, and Vaillons to the lineup. Parcel-by-parcel bottling keeps the distinctions legible.
