History

Daniel Dampt is a Chablis-based estate with five Premier Cru parcels spread across four communes. The holdings sit on Kimmeridgean limestone — the ancient seabed that shapes Chablis's signature minerality — and the estate works within the classic domaine-bottling tradition of the appellation.

Winemaking Approach

A small estate with a focused Premier Cru portfolio. Each parcel is bottled separately to preserve site character, following the standard Chablis approach of letting terroir speak through minimal intervention.
