Les Lys is a premier cru *climat* in the Milly commune west of Chablis town. Milly sits slightly inland from the Serein valley and holds several premier cru parcels — Les Lys among the more substantial, at nearly 10 ha. The name likely references the lily (*lys* in French), a motif common in medieval ecclesiastical landholdings that once dominated this part of northern Burgundy.
Chardonnay, white only. Registered holdings total approximately 9.95 ha across 9 owners. Chablis premier cru from Milly typically shows the appellation's signature minerality — flinty, saline, with citrus and green apple — though the westward position gives slightly less of the incisive acidity found in the right-bank Fourchaume cluster.
