ブニョン
シャブリ左岸に位置するブニュンは、広大なプルミエ・クリュであるヴァイヨンを構成する下位区分のひとつです。このクリュは南東向きの丘陵斜面に広がり、土壌や地形の特性から、一般的に白い花や果実を思わせる繊細なスタイルを生み出す傾向にあります。総面積は7.12ヘクタールで、ヴァイヨンの名に集約されることも多いですが、独立した区画名として認識されています。主要な所有者には2.29ヘクタールを擁するドメーヌ・ロン・デパキがあり、セバスチャン・ダンも0.27ヘクタールを保持しています。左岸のプルミエ・クリュらしい清涼感と、下位区分特有の個性を備えた銘醸地として、シャブリの多様性を支える重要な一翼を担っています。
Beugnons is a premier cru in the Chablis commune itself. Chablis is the northernmost wine village of Burgundy, shaped by Kimmeridgean limestone soils that lend Chardonnay its sharp, saline minerality here.
