シャブリ、フィエ、ラ・シャペル・ヴォペルテーニュの3か所に拠点を置くベルナール・ドゥフェは、計8つの自社畑を管理する実力派ドメーヌです。特級畑はブーグロ、ヴォーデジール、レ・クロの3つを擁し、1級畑はコート・ド・レシェやフルショーム、モンテ・ド・トネルなど計5つを保有しています。
栽培面では持続可能なアプローチを重視しており、2009年に有機認証を取得しました。2016年の厳しい気候条件により一時的な離脱を余儀なくされましたが、その後再び認証を取り戻しています。シャブリ特有の霜害リスクに対しても、伝統的な散水法や暖房器具、さらには最新の保護ネットを検討するなど、緻密な対策を講じています。テロワールの個性を守るため、環境に配慮した実直なブドウ栽培を継続している造り手です。

Winemaking Approach
Eight parcels covering four communes — Chablis, Milly, La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne, and Fyé — give the estate a thorough survey of the Chablis landscape. Three of the seven named Chablis grands crus (Bougros, Vaudésir, Les Clos) are represented, alongside five premiers crus. The Côte de Léchet parcel at 9.00 ha is particularly large for a Chablis premier cru holding.
