2History
Olivier Leflaive Frères is a négociant and domaine operation rooted in the Côte de Beaune. Related to the Leflaive family of Puligny-Montrachet, the house built its identity around white Burgundy — sourcing fruit and making wine across a wide arc of Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise appellations. The portfolio reflects a deliberate focus on Chardonnay, from village-level wines up to the Grands Crus of the Montrachet hill.
Winemaking Approach
The house works 8 parcels across 6 communes — a breadth that lets it express terroir contrasts within a white-Burgundy-centred style. Holdings include two Grands Crus at the very top of the Puligny-Montrachet hierarchy as well as Premier Cru parcels in Puligny, Chassagne, Meursault, and the Côte Chalonnaise.
