コート・シャロネーズ地区のビュクシー村に位置するレ・ボンヌヴォーは、モンタニーのプルミエ・クリュに格付けされている。栽培面積は7.12ヘクタールで、標高280メートルから310メートルの東向き斜面に広がっている。土壌は表土が薄く、石灰岩が露出しているのが特徴である。この畑の主要な所有者には、1.4ヘクタールを保持するドメーヌ・ベルトネのほか、オリヴィエ・ルフレーヴ・フレールが名を連ねる。日照条件に恵まれた急斜面から生まれるワインは、石灰質土壌由来の明確な構造を備えている。村の南側に位置するこの区画は、モンタニーのプルミエ・クリュの中でも安定した品質を維持しており、このアペラシオンの個性を端的に示す存在といえる。

History

Les Bonneveaux is a premier cru *climat* in Buxy, within the Montagny appellation of the Côte Chalonnaise. Montagny sits just south of the Côte d'Or and produces white wines only — every classified parcel in the appellation carries premier cru status under the AOC rules.
