History
Domaine David Duband is based in Chambolle-Musigny, though its holdings extend well beyond that village. David Duband built the domaine into a mid-sized Côte de Nuits estate — assembling parcels across six communes, from Gevrey-Chambertin in the north to Chambolle-Musigny at the heart of the operation. The range spans village wines to multiple grands crus, an unusual breadth for an estate of this scale.
Winemaking Approach
Thirteen parcels across six communes give the domaine a wide terroir vocabulary. The cellar approach is parcel-by-parcel: each climat vinified to express its own identity rather than blended into a house blend. The estate works under Burgundy's standard AOC framework for both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
