シャブリのコミューン、フレイに位置するモン・ド・ミリューは、総面積約42.7ヘクタールを誇る一級畑である。スラン川の右岸に位置し、グラン・クリュの丘から続く南向きの良好な斜面を持つ。主要な所有者には、それぞれ4.76ヘクタールを擁するドメーヌ・パンソンとドメーヌ・パンソン・フレールのほか、シャトー・ド・フレイやビヨー・シモン、ラ・シャブリジェンヌ、ドメーヌ・パニエなどが名を連ねる。キンメリジャン土壌に由来する力強さと、日照に恵まれた立地による熟した果実味が調和し、右岸の一級畑の中でも特に骨格のしっかりとした、長熟なポテンシャルを持つワインが産出されている。
Mont de Milieu is a premier cru in the Fleys commune, on the eastern edge of the Chablis appellation. Fleys sits adjacent to the grand cru strip and shares the same Kimmeridgean bedrock that defines Chablis character — fossiliferous limestone that pushes a saline, stony edge into the wines. At 34.42 ha, Mont de Milieu is one of the larger Chablis premier cru *climats*.
Chardonnay, white only. Registered holdings total approximately 34.42 ha across 40 identified owners. Premier cru norms apply: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, around 11.0–11.5% potential alcohol, yield ceiling near 45–48 hl/ha.
