Profile

History

Domaine Pagnier is a small Chablis-area estate based in Chichée, a right-bank village of the Serein river where Premier Cru parcels climb the same Kimmeridgean limestone ridges that define the appellation's character. Public documentation on the estate's origins is limited.

Winemaking Approach

A small estate with little public information. The three parcels — two in Fleys, one in Chichée — represent two distinct Premier Cru terroirs on opposite banks of the Serein. Mont de Milieu, the largest holding at (2.30 ha), sits on Fleys' south-facing slope and produces some of Chablis' more structured 1er Cru fruit.
