History
Domaine Pinson is a small Chablis estate with three Premier Cru parcels spread across three communes. Chablis — Burgundy's northernmost wine village — is defined by the tension between its cold continental climate and the Kimmeridgean limestone that pushes a distinctive minerality through every bottle.
Winemaking Approach
Three Premier Crus in three communes — Mont de Milieu in Fleys, Forêts in Chablis, and Vaugiraut in Chichée — give the estate modest geographic spread within a single appellation. A small estate with little additional public information available.
