ヴォクパン
シャブリの南東に位置するシシェ村に広がるヴォーコパンは、スラン川右岸の急斜面に位置するプルミエ・クリュである。総面積は約46.94ヘクタールに及び、主要な所有者には5.22ヘクタールを擁するロン・デパキのほか、ドメーヌ・グロッソやドメーヌ・デュ・コロンビエ、アラン・エ・シリル・ゴテロン、ジルベール・ピック・エ・フィスらが名を連ねる。キンメリジャン土壌の険しい斜面は日照に恵まれ、ブドウの熟度と鋭いミネラル感の調和をもたらす。この地特有の個性を備えたワインは、右岸らしい力強さと、シャブリ本来の清涼な酸味を兼ね備えている。
Vaucoupin is a premier cru in the Chichée commune — a right-bank Serein village that carries several named premier cru parcels within the Chablis appellation.
