Domaine Fourrey is a Chablis estate whose public history is sparsely documented. Chablis sits at Burgundy's northernmost tip, where Kimmeridgean limestone soils give Chardonnay its distinctive chalky minerality — a character quite unlike the richer whites of the Côte de Beaune.
