History

J-P & Benoît Droin is a Chablis-based domaine working the northernmost appellation in Burgundy. Chablis draws its sharp, mineral character from Kimmeridgean limestone — a seabed geology that shapes Chardonnay here more distinctively than anywhere else in the region.
