Profile

Winemaking Approach

Seven premier crus across five Chablis communes — Fleys, Chichée, Chablis, La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne, and Fyé — give this estate an unusually broad cross-section of the appellation's terroir. Les Fourneaux (2.80 ha) in Fleys is the largest parcel and sits on south-facing Kimmeridgean slopes that produce generous, textured Chablis. Montée de Tonnerre (0.22 ha) in Fyé is the most prestigious address: a premier cru that routinely challenges the grands crus for concentration and longevity.
