ポマールを拠点とするドメーヌ・B&T・グラントネは、ヴォルネイやピュリニー・モンラッシェにも跨る計7つの畑を管理している。特筆すべきは、所有する全ての区画がプルミエ・クリュ、もしくは村名格の優良な畑で構成されている点だ。ヴォルネイでは、1ヘクタールを超えるレ・ブルイヤールをはじめ、サントノ、クロ・デ・シェーヌ、カイユレといった名高い一級畑を複数保持している。ポマールにおいても、一級畑のソシーユやリュジアンに加え、村名格のレ・リオットを所有者に名を連ねて栽培を行う。さらにピュリニー・モンラッシェの一級畑フォラティエールも擁しており、コート・ド・ボーヌの赤白両面で、各村の個性を反映した一貫性のあるラインナップを展開している。

History
Domaine B&T Glantenay is a small Pommard estate with its center of gravity firmly in the Côte de Beaune. Pommard produces some of the most structured and long-lived Pinot Noirs in Burgundy — its reds are built for patience. Public records on the estate's founding are limited, but seven premier cru parcels across four communes speak to a deliberate, village-by-village approach.
Winemaking Approach
A small estate with little public information. Seven premier crus span Volnay, Pommard, Meursault, and Puligny-Montrachet — a mix that covers both red and white Côte de Beaune terrain. The domaine bottles each parcel separately.
