Profile

Winemaking Approach

The portfolio is white Burgundy from top to bottom. Les Folatières (1.42 ha) anchors the range — a Puligny premier cru that abuts Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet on the upper slope. Champ Gain (0.57 ha) and Clavoillon (0.50 ha) provide depth; Les Pucelles (0.15 ha) is tiny but carries the prestige of proximity to Le Montrachet itself. The Saint-Aubin parcel in En Remilly (0.34 ha) rounds out the lineup.
