Winemaking Approach
Seven premier cru parcels across four communes give the domaine an unusually broad palette for a Chablis estate of its size. The concentration in Fleys — three separate parcels including Les Fourneaux (1.75 ha), Mont de Milieu, and Côte des Prés-Girots — suggests a particular affinity with that commune's east-facing slopes, which tend to give structured, mineral-driven wines.
