History
Domaine Oudin is based in Chichée, a Chablis-area village on the right bank of the Serein river. Chichée sits within the Premier Cru belt of Chablis, and the domaine's two parcels — both Premier Cru — reflect that tight geographic focus.
Winemaking Approach
A small estate with little public information. Two Premier Cru parcels, Vaucoupin (0.45 ha) and Vaugiraut (0.34 ha), make up the entire holding — a slender but well-positioned portfolio in the Chablis Premier Cru tier.
