History

Le Charmois is a premier cru in Saint-Aubin, a village tucked into the hills behind Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet in the Côte de Beaune. Saint-Aubin built its reputation on Chardonnay premiers crus that deliver genuine complexity without the price premium of its more famous neighbors — Le Charmois, at over 10 ha, is the largest climat in the commune.
