History

Derrière Chez Edouard is a premier cru in Saint-Aubin, the Côte de Beaune village tucked in the hills behind Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Saint-Aubin produces premier crus — mostly white — at prices that remain more accessible than its more famous neighbours. Registered holdings in this *climat* total approximately 1.96 ha.
