シャン・カネ
ピュリニー・モンラッシェの北部に位置するシャン・カネは、ムルソーの銘醸畑ペリエールの上部と南側で接し、レ・コンベットの上方に広がる5.59ヘクタールのプルミエ・クリュである。歴史的にはシャン・カネと複数形で綴られることも多い。この畑は、ピュリニーのプルミエ・クリュの中でも、グラン・クリュの境界からムルソー方面へと続く優れた一帯の中にあり、最高評価を争う有力な候補の一つに数えられる。主要な所有者には、1ヘクタールを擁するエティエンヌ・ソゼのほか、ジャン・マルク・ボワイヨ、シャトー・ド・ムルソー、ジャック・カリヨン、ポール・ペルノ、ラトゥール・ジローらが名を連ねる。ピュリニーらしい花の精緻なブーケと、鋼のような骨格を兼ね備えたワインを生み出す。
Champ Canet is a premier cru *climat* in Puligny-Montrachet, on the Côte de Beaune. Puligny-Montrachet anchors the top tier of white Burgundy — its appellation encompasses four grands crus, Le Montrachet among them, and a dense lineup of premier cru parcels stretching across the mid-slope. Champ Canet sits within that mosaic, classified premier cru under the Burgundy AOC hierarchy.
Chardonnay, white only. Registered holdings add up to about 4.17 ha across 11 identified owners. Premier cru rules apply: minimum 9,000 vines per hectare, potential alcohol around 11.0–11.5%, and a yield ceiling near 45–48 hl/ha.
