History
Domaine Perrot-Minot is a Chambolle-Musigny estate with a portfolio that reaches well beyond its home village — spanning five Grand Crus and nine Premier Crus across seven Burgundy communes. The domaine has built its reputation through meticulous parcel selection rather than scale, letting each vineyard speak in its own register.
Winemaking Approach
Fourteen parcels in seven communes define the house's approach: no single style dominates because no single terroir dominates. Perrot-Minot works within the classic domaine-bottling model, vinifying each parcel separately to preserve the character distinctions between, say, the iron-inflected grip of a Nuits-Saint-Georges and the silky architecture of a Chambolle Premier Cru. Standard Burgundy AOC farming governs all sites.
