Domaine Parent is based in Aloxe-Corton, the northernmost commune of the Côte de Beaune, where the Corton hill is shared with Pernand-Vergelesses and Ladoix-Serrigny. The estate holds parcels across five communes — from the Corton massif south through Beaune, Pommard, and into Nuits-Saint-Georges — a footprint that points to accumulated holdings assembled over multiple generations rather than a single founding purchase.
Winemaking Approach
Ten parcels in total: one Grand Cru and nine Premier Cru. The geographic spread from the Corton hill to Nuits-Saint-Georges means the cellar works with meaningfully different soils — the iron-rich red marl of Pommard, the limestone-clay mix of Beaune, the more angular structure of Ladoix. Vinification follows the conventional domaine-bottling approach, with each parcel kept distinct through to bottling.
