シャサーニュ・モンラッシェとムルソーを拠点とするドメーヌ・ラミー・カイヤは、計5つのプルミエ・クリュのみを擁する稀少な造り手です。シャサーニュでは、村の上部に位置する石の多い土壌のラ・ロマネや、暖かく豊かな土壌から豊満なスタイルを生むレ・シャン・ガンのほか、ラ・グランド・モンターニュやカイユレに区画を保持しています。なかでもカイユレは、ミネラル感と熟成能力を備えた村内屈指の白ワインを生む銘醸地として知られます。また、ムルソーのレ・カイユレにおいても0.55haの自社畑を管理しています。栽培環境への洞察も深く、モルジョの細分であるシャン・ジャンドローにおいて、上部の石の多さが白に適し、下部が赤の領域であると指摘するなど、各テロワールの特性を精緻に捉えたワイン造りを行っています。

History
Domaine Lamy-Caillat is a small estate in Chassagne-Montrachet, working five Premier Cru parcels across two communes. Chassagne sits at the southern end of the Côte de Beaune's white-wine heartland, sharing the Montrachet hillside with Puligny to the north — and the Lamy-Caillat holdings span both, with parcels reaching into Meursault as well. Founding records are not available in public sources.
Winemaking Approach
Five Premier Cru parcels in Meursault and Chassagne-Montrachet give the estate a compact but varied portfolio, all Chardonnay-focused. Parcel sizes are small — the largest is 0.55 ha — which is typical of Burgundy's fragmented land structure. The domaine bottles under the traditional parcel-by-parcel model.
