History

Jean Dauvissat is a Chablis estate working five premier cru parcels across three communes. The Dauvissat name carries weight in Chablis — a village whose cool climate and Kimmeridgean soils make it one of the most geologically distinctive appellations in all of France.

Winemaking Approach

Five premier cru parcels in Milly, Chablis, and La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne. The portfolio balances left-bank Côte de Léchet against the right-bank Fourchaume and L'Homme Mort — contrasting exposures that pull the wines in different directions.
