Troesmes is a premier cru in Beines, a small western commune in the Chablis appellation. The parcel lies on the Kimmeridgean limestone ridges characteristic of Chablis premier cru land — the same chalky, fossil-rich subsoil that underpins the appellation's signature mineral tension.
