Domaine Anne et Hervé Sigaut is a small family estate in Chambolle-Musigny, the Côte de Nuits village most associated with delicate, silky Pinot Noir. The family has long worked the surrounding hillsides, carrying forward the village tradition of tight-grained, perfumed reds. Detailed founding records are sparse, but the estate's seven premier cru parcels — spread across both Chambolle-Musigny and neighboring Morey-Saint-Denis — tell the story of growers who have built their holdings parcel by parcel over time.
Winemaking Approach
Seven parcels, all premier cru. The estate works across two communes, which means each bottling can carry a distinct personality: the classic floral register of Chambolle against the firmer structure typical of Morey-Saint-Denis. Like most serious Burgundy domains, the Sigauts bottle under their own label and let the parcel speak.
