ジュヴレ・シャンベルタンの銘醸地、コート・サン・ジャックに位置するラヴォー・サン・ジャックは、総面積9.53ヘクタールを誇る一級畑です。コンブ・ド・ラヴォー（ラヴォー谷）の入り口という特異な場所にあり、谷から吹き下ろす冷気の影響を強く受けます。このため、近隣の畑に比べてブドウの成熟がゆっくりと進み、ワインに際立ったフレッシュさと美しい酸をもたらします。土壌は石灰質が豊富で、小石が混じる粘土質からなり、骨格のしっかりとした、力強くも洗練されたスタイルが特徴です。ドメーヌ・ドニ・モルテが1.16ヘクタールを所有する筆頭格であるほか、アルマン・ルソーなど名だたる造り手がこの地の個性を表現しています。
