Les Corbeaux is a premier cru *climat* on the northern edge of Gevrey-Chambertin, clustered near Brochon alongside sites like Evocelles and Ergots. Gevrey-Chambertin is the largest commune of the Côte de Nuits and home to nine grand crus — Les Corbeaux sits well below that summit, but the commune's dense concentration of talent means even lesser-known premier crus attract serious producers.
Pinot Noir, red only. Registered holdings total approximately 1.67 ha across 7 producers. The northern exposure tends to produce leaner, more aromatic wines than the deeper soils of the village center. Premier cru rules apply: minimum 9,000 vines per hectare, yields capped around 45–48 hl/ha.
