モレ・サン・ドニに本拠を置くドメーヌ・ピエール・アミオは、隣接するジュヴレ・シャンベルタンやシャンボール・ミュジニーにも跨り、計8つの優れた所有畑からワインを造り出している。特筆すべきは、モレを代表するクロ・ド・ラ・ロッシュやクロ・サン・ドニ、そしてジュヴレのシャルム・シャンベルタンという3つの特級畑を擁する点だ。さらに5つの一級畑を保持しており、なかでもシャンボールのコンボットや、モレのレ・リュショ、オー・シャルムといった名高い区画が名を連ねる。現在、次世代を担うアントワーヌ・アミオがシャンボールの管理防衛機構の役員に名を連ねるなど、地域の品質維持と発展に貢献している。伝統を重んじつつ、近隣の造り手と切磋琢磨しながら、各テロワールの個性を実直に表現している。

Eight parcels are farmed in total — three Grand Crus and five Premier Crus — giving the estate a range that few small domaines can match. Morey-Saint-Denis forms the backbone: four of the five Premier Cru holdings sit within that commune, alongside the flagship Grand Cru sites. The approach follows the traditional domaine model, with parcel-by-parcel vinification aimed at expressing the distinct character of each climat.
