History
Domaine François Mikulski is a Meursault estate established by François Mikulski after he left his uncle Pierre Boisson's domaine in the early 1990s to farm independently. Starting with a small parcel inheritance, he gradually built a portfolio concentrated in the Premier Cru lieux-dits that define Meursault's reputation — Charmes, Genevrières, Poruzots, and Gouttes d'Or among them.
Winemaking Approach
Six Premier Cru parcels, all in Meursault, produce the Côte de Beaune's signature full-bodied Chardonnay. Santenots (0.90 ha) and Les Charmes (0.80 ha) anchor the range. The house style tilts toward richness and texture — wines with the weight Meursault delivers in warm vintages — while retaining sufficient acidity for cellaring.
