Winemaking Approach
Seven parcels, all in Nuits-Saint-Georges, all premier cru. The range spans the width of the appellation: Les Cailles (0.88 ha) and Les Vaucrains (0.68 ha) sit on the southern half of the slope, where soils are stonier and wines typically tighter and more age-worthy; La Richemone (0.56 ha) and Aux Chaignots (0.38 ha) offer different expressions further north. Les Saint-Georges (0.19 ha) — the parcel that gives the commune its name — is the prestige address, covering a tiny slice of what many consider the finest premier cru site in Nuits.
