Les Peuillets is a premier cru in Savigny-lès-Beaune, a Côte de Beaune commune spread across a tributary valley northwest of Beaune. Savigny leans heavily toward red wine — Pinot Noir dominates both flanks of the valley — and Les Peuillets, at roughly 6 ha, ranks among the larger named parcels in the appellation. The Hospices de Beaune has held a parcel here for centuries, which speaks to the climat's standing in the historical land register of the region.
