Winemaking Approach

The estate's strength lies in Savigny-lès-Beaune premiers crus — Les Rouvrettes, Les Peuillets, Les Lavieres, Aux Serpentières, and Les Vergelesses collectively cover the commune's best hillside sites. A small parcel of Corton-Charlemagne (0.10 ha) gives the domaine a white grand cru foothold. Work follows the traditional Côte de Beaune domaine model, parcel by parcel.
